The
Wisdom of Tzai-Gen-Tan (The Root of Vegetable) Busy schedule can't fill up the hole of emptiness. From trying to manage our schedule, we would be very happy already if we could merely cope with the change of time. Hyper stress simulates our motivations for achieving goals; even though over-stress may not kill but definitely can affect our health. Tzai-gen-tang is a small book written by an unknown Ming's scholar, Hong Yin Ming in the 16th century. It seized the root of wisdom of Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism that gives us a lot of wisdom for self-cultivation, leadership and attitude towards the world. The literal translation of Tzai-gen-tang is "Vegetable Root", it is not about vegetable in our daily diet but it implies the root of morality for being a better person and harmony in life. It is not a rule book about what to do's or not to do's but a book that helps us to think. -- Integrity & self-cultivation
