WHITE TEA
White Tea, a member in the green family but with very mild fermentation. Same as green tea that white tea is made solely from Camellia sinensis and best quality is always hand-picked in the early Spring from end of March to mid. April.

White tea has, too, undergone minimal oxidation and the fermentation process is able to subtract the amino acid that has benefits for enhancing immunity system and anti-aging, contains high anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-collagens, and anti-elastase properties.

The shape from young leaf bud, needle, one bud with one leaf to two leafs or leaf itself. The aroma and taste are very light and mild, while enjoying the delicate taste of green tea but has less intense green grassy taste. White tea is also known as "Lady Tea".
