YELLOW TEA
Yellow Tea is a very rare variety tea that only produced in Hunan and Anhui Province in China. Yellow tea has mild fermentation (10-20m), the process is very similar to green tea except with a slower drying process. It has the same anti-oxidants properties as green tea

The tea generally has yellow-greenish appearance, and aroma is slightly different from green or white tea. Since Ching Dynasty, it has been regarded as prestige tea served to the imperial court.

The shape from young leaf bud, needle, and one bud with one leaf to two leafs. The smaller the bud or leaf, the finer aroma and taste. The aroma and taste are very light and mild, and the taste is gentle for stomach.

Yellow Tea is a great alternative choice for tea lovers who like green tea but with less intense "grassy' taste. In recent years Yellow Tea slowly being recognized and appreciated by the West.
